Today is Mummy’s birthday and we went to Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine at Marina Bay Sands to celebrate.
OMG, this $78 Peking Duck is the best Peking Duck I ever had in Singapore! The wrapper actually have amazing texture conplimenting the exceptionally crispy skin! Not to mention the duck meat is tender! Excellent control of the heat! The pictures don’t do it justice!
Steamed Cod fish in black fungus & Dried Lily Flower ($42), the fish is fabulous as well, timing is perfect, making the texture of fish with a little fresh bounce!
Stewed Beancurd with Seafood in Claypot ($24), the king prawns and fat slices of fish makes this dish a delicious bargain in this pricy restaurant.
